Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the vape69 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — including using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. vape69 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them if this violation is detected.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings or outstanding balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. vape69 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform's systems in any way.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- Not using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to access or interact with the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the vape69 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include FPX (online banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. vape69 does not accept payments in foreign currencies. Any attempt to transact in a currency other than RM may result in the transaction being automatically declined.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account wallet once confirmation is received from the payment provider. vape69 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will only be processed once the mandatory identity verification (KYC) process has been completed, including submission of a valid identification document. vape69 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements or are suspected of involving fraudulent activity. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policy, which can be reviewed in your account settings.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Vape69 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: fraud, multiple account usage, system manipulation, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. In such cases, vape69 reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance while an investigation is conducted.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification and the withdrawal conditions in effect at the time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vape69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses resulting from technical errors beyond our control.
